The Federal Fibre Mills Condos, New Orleans Warehouse District !

     The Federal Fibre Mills was once a rope factory in the late 1800’s.  Later it was part of the 1984 World’s Fair.  It was where the beer garden was.  It is now one of the more popular downtown condo complexes that features high ceilings, large windows, exposed beams, exposed brick walls and one of the best common areas of all New Orleans.
